No, the number of SATA (or any other type of question) received is not indicative of pass/fail all questions have the potential to be higher or lower level. This registration glitch is a trick. The only definitive ways to determine pass fail are await 48hrs for quick results if your state participates, wait for the letter from the BoN or wait until your BoN updates your status in the online licensing directory. Good luck.

Well, the good pop up worked for me so I would say congrats! :) I had 95 Q's with 25 SATA and passed

I heard a lot of sata questions mean you are doing well. I also heard the pop up trick works but of coorifice I wouldnt believe it till its posted on the BON. I got 85 questions and was thrilled and passed.

The Lot of SATA= passing is a myth; it has no bearing on whether one is passing or failing; see JustBeachyNurse's post.

Just want to keep the facts straight for those who are attempting to pass the NCLEX.

Of course a lot of sata questions isnt a guarantee yet if you read the nclex explanation it does state that if the computer thinks the question is more then a 50% chance of getting it wrong it will give you a easier question. Most sata are harder then one answer questions. Yes I agree you shouldn't base the number of sata questions on whether you passed or not.
