Hi, everybody. I am new to this forum. Me and my family are planing to move to Arizona. :balloons: :Melody: I've been talking to Phoenix Baptist Hospital about RN position in ICU. Does anybody know anything about this hospital (working conditions, management, etc.)? I've searched all forums, no info at all :uhoh21: Any info will be greatly appreciated.

i did some rotations at PBH as a student. i really thought their ICUs weren't that bad. i would never work med/surg there, but i had a great experience in ICU and CVICU. good luck to you! so hard to decide where to work. any way you can shadow an RN for a day to see how things look there?
just wanted to add that i work for Banner and love it. have you talked to their recruiters?
I talked to Banner as well, but PBH is willing to take into account my total experience (most of it oversea) and Banner only canadian experience. Me and my husband are coming to Phoenix tomorrow to see PBH as well as some Banner facilities. I'll try to talk to some nurses.

I am a nurse from the UK and originally had a contract with PBH but for some reason they have cancelled their contracts for all foriegn nurses and I have had to find another petitioner. I have also heard some not so good stuff about them and their treatment. PM if you would like some more info
