PCCN certfication

Hi all! I just obtained my PCCN certification and have not been offered any compensation for this certification. I cannot find anywhere on the boards or web any information on what would be fair/equitable to ask for an increase in pay. Any input yu have would be greatly appreciated.

    Congratulations on achieving your certification!

    If your employer does not have an automatic differential for certification, it is unlikely that you will be successful trying to negotiate a salary increase. However, your new certification may qualify you for a higher level position so you may wan to investigate this possibility.
