Pathophysiology

Anyone taking or recently taken patho? I'm looking for some good resources to get some pre-studying in. I start patho after spring break and I am hoping to get a bit of a head start because I have a pretty full schedule this spring.

I'm actually looking forward to this class quite a bit.

Traditional or web? I can send you the instructor notes for each section (just took it last quarter at CSCC, web based) and some of the study sheets. I had online flash cards for each week that I made to sync with my ipod touch but I just blew them away yesterday to make room for NURS 100/110 :banghead:

would you also be able to send the notes to me as well as I am going to try to get a head start in this class as I heard its one of the tougher ones...Thanks!

Just zipped it up and hosted it. Here's a link for the zip file containing the three lecture notes for each unit, with study questions and answers for each lecture. There's also case study answers and some other assignments:

How do you make online flash cards and sync them? I have an iphone and that would be a great study tool.

I use gFlashPro for my iphone. You can import from google docs, the gwhiz catalog or study stack (which I use). With study stack you can make your own lists (I did my entire Mosby's Medical Terminology set) or download others' lists. I love it! There are some other threads for iphone flashcard apps around here too...

I used an app called iflipr, and the webpage where you could manage your decks of flash cards online was, believe it or not, www.iflipr.com
