Pathophysiology paper help please!

I have to write a quick pathophysiology paper for a patient with a THR. Can someone just give me an outline idea of what to follow for this? I have to focus on the actual pathophysiology of the medical diagnosis and the nursing care for this client. Thanks for any advice!

you mean thr as in total hip replacement? there is an underlying medical disease (degenerative arthritis?) and/or a trauma (fall?) that needs to be addressed along with the tissue healing and the inflammatory response for the pathophysiologies that have to be merged together. the nursing care will be interventions to treat the person's responses to the signs and symptoms the underlying disease or trauma and any potential complication as a result of undergoing general anesthesia. you can read about the surgery here: http://www.surgeryencyclopedia.com/fi-la/hip-replacement.html
