I need help on how to successful explain the pathophysiology of Hepatitis B virus.

    Yes, I have used pathophysiology books & online resources. I need include signs of symptoms of hepatitis B . But, am unsure how to structure this at a cellular level.

    First thing you need to do is understand the actual PHYSIOLOGY of the liver.  Read about how the liver actually works normally first then read the pathology of hepatitis and tie it into how it affects the physiology down to hepatocellular necrosis and inflammation.  All this inflammation results in fibrosis formation, causing obstruction and further cell death.
