What is the pathoplysiology of dementia? I've been looking through my townsend book and cannot seem to find anything suitable!

You probably won't find someone to explain such a detailed issue. Textbooks are likely written about this subject. Google is your friend. "Dementia Pathophysiology" search. Found this: Multi-Infarct Dementia: Pathophysiology and Clinical Features in about 10 seconds. There are thousands are possibilities in google. Good Luck.
