I am thrilled to say I have passed (bearely with a C) Transitions today! I was planning to take Health Safety next since I have the study material, what is your advice on that exam? I have read over some on the text and it seems to be review of things we use in every day nursing. It is a lot of info as I'm sure all the exams are.

What tests did any of you find the hardest and the easiest??

I can now relax for a day before tackling the next one!!!:D

Thanks for all your positive words!!!:redbeathe

CONGRATS!!!!! The first test was the hardest for me just because it was all new. Health safety was ok, probably a lot of review for you if you're an LPN. For me the easiest was HDLS-1 because I am an RT so it was stuff I see everyday. The rest all had their own challenges, can't say one was harder then another. I did the worst on HDLS-3 which I thought I really had studied well for and didn't feel confused about anything... so you never know!! Just focus on the exam you're studying for, I would always try and get ahead of myself and all that did was distract me from the important stuff!

Congrats on your first victory:balloons:. What did you use to prepare for Transitions and how long did you study before taking the exam. I'm currently reading the College Network Module for Transitions, and I'm struggling to retain what I read. I have registered for the exam but I have not chosen a date yet. I'm right behind ya.

Well none of them were paricularly difficult for me because I was just out of LPN school and so much of it was a review. But I would have to say Transitions was one I had to do a little studying for. The only one I got a C on was chronicity so I probably should have studied that one more. I got a B on Health Safety without studying, you are right it is a lot of just review of what we already know. Maybe you should try taking one of the practice tests now and just see how you do. All the other nursing tests were pretty easy, I got B's on without much effort, except life span 1, i got an A. Oh actually... life span 2 i failed the first time... got a D... hadn't put too much effort into... just brushed up on the psych stuff coz that's where i thought i was the weakest but i ended up doing horrible on the endocrine system which i thought i knew... so i guess that one was the hardest for me... i had to wait 2 months to take it again and I got a B the second time. So for me life span 1 was the easiest and life span 2 the hardest. But could be totally different for others depending on where their strengths and weaknesses are.

By the way Congrats on passing your test! I had been thinking about ya and wondering how you did.
