Passed NC2!!

Just wanted to share with everyone that I passed NC2 today!! I was so excited when the score popped up and it was a B. There was alot about nutrition on the exam and I have always hated nutrition. Only 5 more exams and the dreaded CPNE and I can sit for the boards. Funny how the CPNE scares me more than the boards. Thanks for listening, just wanted to share!!

what is nc2?

I passed NC 2 with a B as well. I've done all the rest of the NC exams and am waiting to get a date for the CPNE (the lady at the CPNE scheduling thingy told me expect around July unless someone cancels earlier). When you become CPNE eligible they will UPS you a 500 page manual/study guide. In my opinion, the info is way too overwhelming and I will definitely take the powerstart teleconference starting May 10. It *has* to be much less complicated than it looks. I'm trying to go over how to write nursing care plans now (what a bore!) but I think that will be the foundation for doing well in your PCS's so I am going to bear down and learn the material.

Good luck to you.
