Jun 10, 201214 yr Author As far as pointers- know your psych, RN DX's for psych; outcomes, short term goals... Know Addison's vs. Cushings and Hyper/Hypothyroidism; Hyper/Hypoparathyroidism and what elcetrolyte imbalances go with each. Use your content outline as a guide as well as the practice exams and study your rationales on the practice exams- and you will be fine! Good luck!!
Jun 14, 201214 yr Author I used SG101 for some but not all- I mainly used my content outline and practice exams and studied for a week and a half straight. Saunders NCLEX RN review was what I mainly used to fill out my content outline- what I couldn't find in there I went to the books.
Jun 15, 201214 yr yes, I did get study group 101. Maybe I just did not study enough before taking the exam.
