Oct 11, 20205 yr Hi everyone, Pasadena Spring 2021 application opens on Nov. 1st and ends on Nov. 20th. Starting this thread for anyone who is interested in applying to PCC or already applied.
Nov 9, 20205 yr I didn’t get one when I applied in Jan or now, but I did get the rejection letter later in June.

Nov 9, 20205 yr @ilovecake Aaaah yes, that makes sense. How many points did you have the first time you applied?...if you don't mind sharing.

I only had 68 points, was lacking a few of the general ED classes, but completed now. I’m at 75 points, but still not feeling confident. I’m aiming for the bridge program but also going for generic. Pasadena doesn’t give points for AA degrees, which I have ?
Nov 10, 20205 yr Hi I'm applying for Spring 2021 and I'm wondering how to fill out the "additional required courses" section. I already have a bachelor's degree and the counselor at PCC said I wouldn't have to worry about the classes (US History, PoliSci, PE, and Humanities). I've taken those classes back in like high school On the application, would I just select "no" when it asks if I've taken those classes?
Nov 10, 20205 yr @juniebI'm in the same situation. I just filled in the ones that I know I have taken because they're on my transcripts and left the others as no. They aren't required for admission so I don't think it matters.
Nov 10, 20205 yr Hi everyone! I have 80 points total, hoping that will be enough ?. Does anyone know when we will be hearing back? Good luck to everyone!

Does anybody know anybody who's gotten in previously and how many points they had? Also, how difficult is the TEAS...I'm sure it's different for everyone, but if anyone could tell me their experience. Honestly, the TEAS was super easy if you've taken Anatomy and Physiology recently. I had my wedding to plan, so completely forgot to study. Went in with just the knowledge I had retained from my past courses and got an 80%. Had I studied, I probably would have gotten in the 90s. Just take your time and go with your first choice, don't second guess yourself.
Nov 10, 20205 yr @BeGreen Thank you! I took it last week (didn't study much) and got an 82. You're right, it wasn't that bad. So now I'm at 80 points. I'm hoping that's enough to get me in. Congrats on our wedding! 2 hours ago, BeGreen said: Hi everyone! I have 80 points total, hoping that will be enough ?. Does anyone know when we will be hearing back? Good luck to everyone! The website says 8 weeks. But I looked on an old thread and they found out in 4. It better be more like 4 because 8 weeks seems like almost when Spring semester would start.
