Paperwork!!!!!!

So sad and worried :o

i was offered my position (CNA) at a hospital last week and they told me that once my paperwork was processed they'd call me to schedule my physical. its been a week and the paperwork still isnt processed!!! does anyone know what exactly it is they have to process, they wait is killing me. i called yesterday to see if they were processed and the hr representative i interviewed with called me back around 8am and said that it was finished and she'd definitely be i touch when she recieved everything. i am going to call again tomorrow and ask if she has everything that is needed to process my paperwork, or shouldnt I? does it always take this long? anybody know what it is ey have to process? I am a little worried i guess because of the excitement. i was hired before plent of jobs (not hospitals though) and i never took this long :crying2:

help please, can somebody assure me?

I definitely understand your anxiety. I waited about a week or so to hear back on a job that I now have. I was pulling my hair out everyday...then when they called to offer me the job, it was immediate relief. Hang in there girl...I know how hard it is to be patient when you're wanting something really badly.

Here in FL it takes a couple of weeks. We have to do background checks to make sure we're not criminals or sexual molestors. Good luck!

Hold on and sit on your hands... it DOES take awhile, truly. I waited over four weeks getting on where I'm at. Anytime you're dealing with the lives of others in a hospital setting, there's going to be plenty of "paperwork".

Hang in there... it will all come to pass. :)

It'll work out girl. It's maddening I know. Use that anxious energy to get some projects completed, or come over and help me clean my house!! LOL!!
