panel interview for job

i am going to apply for a job that you have to interview with a panel. it a adminstration position for a unit i work on .. what questions do they ask you in a panel ? i have expirence and have really been doing it a year without the title.. my boss will be one of the panel members.. does anyone have any suggestions that can help me or know what kind of questions they will ask? i'm nervous about it ,even though i know people on the panel !! thank you all in advance !!

The questions asked will be pretty much the same ones that would've been asked if it was just one interviewer. They split up the questions between them and each scores you separately. Interviews are often more behavioral. Questions will be "tell me about a time when you..." vs "what would you do if..."

That is exactly what happened when I had my RRT interview with the Director of Professional Practice, ICU and CCU managers, RRT RN, and Med/Surg manager.
