Hi!

I wanted to start a thread for those applying to the fall 2020 ABSN program at Pace so we can go through this application process together!

I interviewed today and not feeling great about it. I was wondering if anyone that has already interviewed didn't finish in the allotted time and still got accepted?

How did it go? What was timed?

@Giraldo94 The amount of time you have to answer the questions is timed. I couldn't tell if it was 1 minute or 2 minutes that they allowed everyone to have, but it goes by quickly

Hey guys! I just left the interview and just wanted to say it was a pleasure meeting all of you that were there as well and I wish everybody the best of luck!! For those preparing for the interview, I highly suggest arriving as early as possible (with about 25 min to spare) because my group and I were able to meet one another in a lounge area prior to the actual interview ? it was very comforting getting to know everyone before we interviewed in front of one another. Be confident and stay true to yourself, prepare to speak in front of others and remember that this is your time to shine/stand out!

Hey,

Those who have interviewed already, what were the questions that they asked?

There were 8 of us for the 11AM slot

When you got an email for an interview schedule, around what time did you receive the email? Like in the morning or could be any time during the day?

“What is something that is NOT on your application that you would want us to know?” And “What is the most recent book you have read/are reading?”

@nurse333 I received Friday the 14th at about 1pm and the only interview date open was 10th. There are other times open that date so keep your fingers crossed!

There were approximately 15 people in my group!

Do you think it would be too much to email the admissions person and ask them around when they think I could potentially hear back? Or should I just let them do their thing...
