  1. Oh OK, thank you for answering!
  2. Do you remember how long it took for you to hear back from being on the waitlist? Like when did they tell you there were no more spots or that you didn’t make it into the program?
  3. 3.5 GPA Prereqs ranged from As to B-s Also did a lot of volunteer work and had some experience as a part time phlebotomist and home health aide on the side!
  4. Regarding the waitlist from an earlier forum (last year's Fall 2019 cohort): "The way the wait list works is that they rank people in the waitlist on GPA, prerequisites and other things and then if someone drops or chooses not to attend you get the spot in the order you are ranked." Additionally, idk if I'm just reading things wrong but apparently some people didn't get off the waitlist and accepted until late June/July? Seems like an awfully long time to wait and hold out for one program!
  5. I also got waitlisted ? Does anyone know what the chances of getting in from the waiting list?
  6. Congrats! What time slot did you interview in? Congrats!! What time slot did you interview in?
  7. Seems so! ?
  8. Not yet :(
  9. No problem!!! Good luck to everyone! ?
  10. Someone in my interview group asked Amma Boakye during our session! I believe she is the director of student affairs for the program?? Idk, this is just what she told us.
  11. So from what I understand, they sent out 220 initial interview invitations (out of about 1400 total applications) and at the end of the interview cycle (mid March), if there’s any open spots and no one waitlisted they will send out more? There’s only 80 spots in the program though.
  12. It was one min to write, one min to speak, yea!
  13. A summary for those still waiting to hear: there is no math or writing portion. After waiting a bit in a lounge, they bring you to a small classroom for an extremely casual group interview. There is just a minute to jot down some notes on an index card in response to 2 questions and then another minute to answer both questions. You stand at the front of the classroom next to the panel of 3 faculty members but facing your peers as you answer. After everyone goes, they open the floor up for questions. Then they give you a brief tour of the labs where you would be practicing patient simulations, etc. It took maybe 25 mins total since there were only 8 of us in the 11AM group.
  14. No, sorry let me edit my response for clarity! I submitted my app on Jan 30th and I got my interview email on February 10th at 12:08 PM. Then I scheduled it for today Feb 18th at 11AM. There were still many open spots when I scheduled it but I’m not surprised they went so quickly.
  15. “What is something that is NOT on your application that you would want us to know?” And “What is the most recent book you have read/are reading?” I got mine at 12:08 PM on February 10th
