OR electrical outlets

What are these? Specifically the round green sockets?  I assume a ground.  I see these in ORs built in the 60’s maybe even go to the 90’s, but not ones built in the past decade.

I have no idea what those could be. Before we renovated all but one of our ORs, we did have some older 220 volt outlets, but they sure don’t look like that. 

Specializes in ICU, Trauma, CCT,Emergency, Flight, OR Nursing.

I have seen them in some of the older Ors where I work as well. I would post it on The OR Life facebook group page and ask the question as I know there are many long serving and retired OR nurses  and techs on that group page who would know.
