Online programs for non-nurses?

Looking for an online program that will allow me to become licensed in AL. Does such a program exist?

Specializes in NICU, ICU, PICU, Academia.

There are no 100% online programs that lead to either LPN or RN licensure. All such programs require hundreds of hours of in-person clinicals as well as skills labs. Some programs offer the classroom/ didactic portion online.
