I took almost all of my prereqs online, except one or two (one I had already taken, one I couldn't find online or I would have taken it too). I just graduated from my RN program and did very well.
I would make sure that the classes you chose are the ones that your SON will accept. I knew the course numbers that I had to have.
I am in Florida, I used this to search for classes (there is probably an equivalent in other states, an advisor gave me the link):
http://www.distancelearn.org/mainPage.cfm
For example, here is a link to my anatomy class:

Is this what you were asking?

I only need the science classes for my prerequisites. (I have another degree and was able to use my english, psychology, etc from that degree). Anyway, I'm doing my classes online. I would suggest you check out the distance learning forum on this site. There is an abundance of information there regarding distance classes. You could also check out http://www.ccconline.org or http://www.edukan.org. Both are a group of community colleges that offer accredited courses.
Good luck.
Thank you guys so much for your information. L&D to be thank you for those web sites especially www.edukan.org. So much to think about (SIGH) but yet so exciting. Thanks again!:icon_hug:
Not a problem. If you take A&P 1 with Edukan, take it with Tracy Reichert. I hear Simmons is a bear:)
