Online application not OK?

http://www.nursenightingale.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=22

This is true! For starter, my payment online status is not updated. And CGFNS people do not reply to my e-mails.

I'm sure there are others.

they are very slow but I had no problem with online status of payment just problems with everything else. Sometimes it helped to ring them and actually talk to someone

I have not had problems paying online, my account immediately shows that i have paid as soon as pay, i suggest that you call them eventhough you have to be on the phone for a long time before you get some help and then ask them.As for response to the emails dont wait on those, everytime i email them it takes about 2 months for them to respond and when they do its at a time when i have forgotten that i ever emailed.

Sorry, that's true. Even though I had no problem with the payments, I surely had a lot of problems with mailing. At first, when I applied for CGFNS examination, as they didn't noticed me on time to test I tested almost without studying; so I failed, got 7 points below the minimun required. I learned that I was rostered only two weeks before the exam date. And I live in South America.

From that moment I learned not to rely on what they say about notifications. So I give them a ring from time to time so to ask about my status. The other problem is that in general the information online is not always updated. So keep in touch with them whenever you need information.

Oh, I was just thinking, wouldn't it be possible that you have problems with your credit card? Are you sure that when you did your online payment it was accepted? If everything is OK, why don't you just call them, state your complaint, and then ask to apeak with a supervisor or someone in charge.

Have you followed up with your credit card company to see if the payment actually went thru? I would do this first before spending time on the phone with CGFNS. Then if the paymetn actually went thru, you can forward a copy of the payment to them via fax.
