I've been learning how to utilize all the new changes and was looking for old postings and threads I started. They seem to have disappeared. This is fine with me but do they exist somewhere?

They said they were getting rid of posts connected to threads that had been deleted and I suppose, other posts and threads deemed unworthy. Same thing as what happened to any saved private messages and the notation of number of likes. I never started many threads but lost nearly 2000 posts. I'll bet those were in the more interesting threads. You know, the threads one would want to read again sometime. For that matter, there used to be a system where a symbol was placed next to one's name that corresponded with number of posts. The one for platinum, a large number of posts, has now been changed to coincide with the different name color to recognize those who donate money instead. I think my contribution of posts far outweighs any monetary donation, if I could have afforded that. Priorities have changed again.

I also go back and reread old threads. I look for particular posters and read threads they started, or my own. Bummer if that isn't available now.

I suggest they make a forum for threads that got too firey and had to be deleted, just so we can have the experience. I remember one on uses for breast milk I'd like to see again.

When this was being discussed in a thread some time back, I made the suggestion that deleted threads/posts be made available, even with restrictions. I was, and am, serious about that suggestion.

Hi.... took me a while to find threads and posts I'd previously made as CONTENT was only showing what I posted from 2009-2011.

1. Click on your name letter/picture, click on SELECT CONTENT on black bar, left corner section. New section opens.

2. Click on CONTENT tab on black toolbar. Then go to light grey toolbar and click on CONTENT tab ( located right side across from # pages)--that will open up dropdown menu,

3. Select POSTS to see threads with previous responses one made.

4. Select TOPICS to see threads one has started.

My posts from 2009-2018 were FOUND this way. ?

5. Don't forget to go to bottom of posting to checkmark Notify me of replies (bottom left corner of post) if you want to see replies to your post.
