Yup,
I too had 75 questions this morning and some were really hard..not what I studied. I could tell you storied about endocrine, gi, renal, cardio, resp etc...where were those questions? Tons of priority....
Quite a lot of SATA...ugh.
I will be trying to stay positive these next 2 days, but I am with you all!

Hang in there guys! I took my test Monday the 4th and afterward I fell into a deep depression. I too had a bank of knowledge that I thought would kick the NCLEX's ass. But when I was taking the test I was just miserable that there were no questions I felt my knowledge could be measured with! It was unbelievable that terrible exam. There were no questions that I felt I could even apply what I know. It was like a complete guessing game for me. I mean, can you even really study for it? How do you decide which person you would treat first when you are given four choices that seem as if they are at the same risk of dying, complication, etc... but with different disease process, injury, etc..? It was like "pick between the patient who is going to die in 20 minutes vs. 21 minutes." Crazy! I pray that all of you are triumphant!! The 48 hours is excrutiating. After I spent the first day feeling sorry for myself, I spent the next day cleaning my house from top to bottom and that ripped me away from the computer long enough to regain some sanity. I really couldn't have made it through the waiting process without this wonderful site and all of you on it, though! I will say a prayer for each of you! GOOD LUCK!!
