As a Case Manager that's paid per visit how often does your office require you to go to the office?

Weekly case conference.
Ok, we are required to go daily to make corrections and to turn in paperwork and we also have weekly case conference :/ this ends up turning in to hours at the office, which is unpaid for except for our weekly case conference.

When I was ppv I was "required" to attend case conference, I was paid for my time. We had EMR so no turning in paperwork, although there were some hard copy papers that I brought to the CCs weekly.
I prefer to be hourly.
We do all of our work on androids and transmit it to the office. When we were on paper, we were required to turn in paperwork Mon, Wed and Fri. I understand how frustrating the time spent in the office without compensation can be. This could be a legal issue and law suits have been filed in that regard.

Our per visit nurses are not required to come into the office at all.

I'm never required to come in to the office. I can have supplies dropped off at my house and paperwork picked up. I choose to go though because since I'm new I sometimes still have questions about paperwork :-)

We are still doing everything on paper, and 26 pages per patient is really killing me :-(

I can't wait to go to tablets which is supposed to be real soon! :-) I'm hoping that will take away a lot of our unpaid office time.
