OCCC Spring 2016

Hi everyone! Wondering who is applying to OCCC traditional RN program for spring of 2016 like me, deadline is Sept 4th. :)

Yeah... I'm pretty much a nervous wreck this week! Whyyy does it take so long?! I applied to OSUOKC as well and their letters aren't coming until beginning of Nov! The wait for both schools is killing me!

I called them this morning and they said that she is STILL working on them. She said that hopefully we will receive the emails on Monday but that anytime next week we will be getting them.

OK... four to SEVEN weeks then. HA!

I was starting to wonder if I was the only one who hadn't received a letter. I managed to turn my application in on one of the busiest days.

Happy Monday... fingers crossed

I just called the admissions office and they said that it will probably be next week before they send out e-mails.

This is getting ridiculous

Well that's frustrating... I wonder why it's taking so long.

So I'm sure most of us have to plan our lives around this schedule that we may or may not have next semester. it's beyond frustrating.

Does anyone know what the schedule is like? Trying to compare it with potential schedules at the other nursing school I applied at...

Right now, it's showing Nursing Process 1 to be Tues and Thur evenings from 530 to 830... then of course, there are labs and clinical rotations.

Hey guys, wanted to share. When I went to the nursing lab tour, we were told that whoever had all their immunizations and other requirements done by orientation, had first pick at clinical locations(I think she might have said locations, not 100%) but for sure days and times. Sooo if any of you want to have first dibs, I suggest having all that taken care of by orientation.
