I was curious if any of you took anything into your interview with you? Like a briefcase or attache case? Did you have any notecards with the questions you wanted to ask and were you able to jot down the answers the interviewers gave? As you can see, I am to the point that I am beginning to stress about everything. Better to get it over with now than to melt down in the interview. Also, I have several questions I want to ask but I'm not sure whom to ask what since my interview will be with 5 different people individually. Should I ask them all the same questions or just one or two questions per person? Any help would be fantastic...the interview is in 6 days!!!! Thanks in advance.

I have had two interviews and they were both panel interviews. They asked several personal questions and some clinical. Both programs had a information session before the interviews started and you can ask questions about the program during this session. Try to relax ( I felt very nervous at both) I have one more interview this month hope to be more relaxed. Not very good news from the first two alternate at one have not heard from the other. Just relax and have fun, Good luck!

My interview was a couple of weeks before my CCRN, and I found out the night before that I would be the last interview of the day - 2:30 and I had to be there for the orientation at 7:30! So I had a clipboard with CCRN questions, some blank paper, and a NEWSWEEK in case I needed to switch my mind away from it all. The CCRN stuff was on top, of course. And being female I carried a purse with makeup, pens, spare stockings, Advil, etc.
I passed the CCRN shortly after and this time the day starts at 8ish and my interview is at 10:30, so I won't have to spend the whole day stewing, being anxious, and trying to distract myself. I think I WILL bring copies of all transcripts, though, because it seems like the schools tell you they have everything and then voila, don't have my BSN transcript in my file!
