Obgyn ethics topic Help!

Hi all,

I have to do an ethics presentation and choose one of the topics listed in my class's list of ethics topic presentation. I chose the topic "Legislation/government Intervention." IS Breastfeeding laws- passing the law for public breastfeeding related to the "Legislation/government Intervention" topic I chose?

THanks!

I believe it is. I know you are legally allowed to take certain breaks from work to pump your breasts. I would also dive into abortion laws, granted you can keep the presentation as non-bias as possible.

There are plenty of breastfeeding laws. :) Many states have laws that state mom can nurse anywhere where she is permitted to be. There are federal laws (from Obamacare) that require employers of more than 50 to provide a room (not a bathroom) and time to pump (does not have to be paid time).
