NY NCLEX application

I live in CA and i applied NCLEX application at NY, i did passed the courses which are The Identification and Reporting of Child Abuse in NYS and the Infection Control as part of my NCLEX requirements. And have registered too at the CGFNS for my credential verification. The CGFNS ask me to submit some documents the Authorization for Verification of Academic Records/Trancripts, Authorization for Validation of License/Registration. My questions are do i still need to submit the CVS application and the Form 3 too to the CGFNS? Or just the first two documents that i mentioned earlier. I'm confused please help!

Authorization for Verification of Academic Records/Transcripts, Authorization for Validation of License/Registration. These forms should be part of the CVS handbook and for CGFNS to progress they will require these signed. If you have already submitted the CVS forms online there is no need to resubmit them. Just submit the forms they ask for
