Also, we wanted to clarify something.

If you were emailed by applymec to provide additional documentation make sure to log back in and provide it ASAP. Those that fall into that category will have their applications looked at after all applicants have been proccsed.

This means that if your information is not updated on your application by you in time you will be marked ineligible and not moved forward for ranking.

There is no particular order they are going in FYI.

I have received the email stating my application will move on to the next round of reviews & to check SIS to make sure your information is up to date. I went in to double check & notice my old address from Woodbridge VA was still showing so I updated it to my new address in Dumfries VA.

I will be out of the country the week of 10/14 & was wondering if we would be contacted VIA email only for additional information & what type of information would you need to show this address change. I have already submitted copies of our mortgage deed showing when we bought our house to the Woodbridge campus counselors office. I am trying to get ahead of the game to know what type of data is usually requested to confirm the address change before I leave out of the country for a week. Thank you so much!

You might be contacted via email. Not everyone is selected to verify documents. However, if you are you might be expected to bring documents in person or via email depending on what they ask for. Some people have a family member bring documents in if they are away. Again, not everyone is selected.

Student Services will be finished processing all applications within the hour. If the email subject from applymec reads- "Health Sciences and Nursing Application Additional Documents Needed" you will need to follow any directions, or respond with any questions ASAP.

If you are not able to make the requested correction your application will be marked ineligible and will not be moved forward. Please check your emails now.

Any applications that got the "Health Sciences and Nursing Application Additional Documents Needed" email that has not made corrections will be closed out starting Monday morning.

We just can't stress enough, if you have any missing documentation go in and attach it to the application now. You can get back into it via your confirmation emails by clicking the "view request" button. They told us that come Monday morning they will close out an application that did not meet the requirements or failed to attach the right documentation.

If your application was marked not eligible it is now too late to make corrections. You will need to make corrections and apply for Fall 2020.

182 people have been moved forward for ranking, we expect 100 seats to be made available.

Probably not. We expect earliest to be Oct 21

Thank you sooooo much for keeping us informed.

I thought Domicile was done in the MEC office before the applicants files go upstairs? I’m so confused. Nursing Dept told me they don’t do them?
