Nutrition 160

Right now we are on the chaper of "Digestion Carbohydrates" its hard for me to make sense of it all :/ but my teacher has only lecture 1/3 of the chapter too.

This is my first pre-req class so it's a big deal to me. Ugh i guess im just stressed out about know understanding it it. anybody in the same boat i me?

    Just keep studying and pay attention, I'm sure you'll get it worked out. I'm in Nutrition as well and we're starting the carbs part now. I'm also in so many other classes this semester that things are starting to overlap, so I'm familiar with some of the terminology, but it will take some studying to get it still.

    Thankfully, my nutrition class is fully online, so I can go at my own pace (sort of). Unfortunately, that also means that we're doing 2 plus chapters a week. I just finished the exam over carbs, lipids, proteins, and alcohol. Uck. I have noticed a correlation between my anatomy and nutrition class, what I'm learning in one, I eventually come upon in the other. I say go slow. I know that for me I have to see the whole chapter before it fully makes sense, so if you're not all the way thru yet, don't stress. I'm sure you'll do fine!
