Hello I'm a first year RN student and I need help with nursing diagnoses. Here is the report 73 year old AA female admitted from the ER during the night with the diagnosis of syncopal attack. Past history of HTN, CAD, DJD. Admitted to telemetry for monitoring and write-up. CT head negative, monitor NSR, labs WNL. INT left hand with routine NSS flush. Meds: Lisinopril, Cardizem, HCTdaily, Motrin prn pain. Scheduled for diagnostic tests in AM. VS BP 150/85, negative orthostatic drop, pulse 87 regular, respiration 20, temp 97.6 F, pulse ox 96% on 2 LO2 via nasal cannula.
