I am currently searching for a nursing school but I need a bit of advice to make final decisions. I want to work internationally, as my boyfriend is South African and we plan to travel often. Is there one degree that is better than another? Should I be nationally accredited rather than thru a state? Any suggestions of good international programs to work thru? Thanks, that's a lot of questions!

Your safest bet is to go for your BSN, then you are covered almost everywhere. But be aware that you will need to take the licensing exam in whatever country that you wish to work in, and in their language.
