Nursing Externships

Hello! I'm currently a junior nursing student. I've applied to multiple nursing externships for this upcoming summer and plan to apply to many more. I was wondering if anyone has insight on the following externships: Hershey Medical Center, CHOP, Georgetown, UPMC: Presbyterian, NYU, New York Presbyterian, Mount Sinai, and Einstein (in Philadelphia). I was wondering if anyone has gone through any of these and could give me information exactly what the programs are like.. for example if it's more of a nurse tech position or a preceptorship... I know they are all VERY competitive.

Also, if anyone has also applied to these and has heard anything yet.. ( I know some of these haven't even opened yet) or if anyone has suggestions of other externships in the northeast region.. I'm definitely willing to travel :)
