Nursing CAS???

In the application for CAS, they have their own transcript request form that I am suppose to send to my school(s). Do I have to use this form? Can I just request the school to send a transcript to CAS? The form has a barcode on it..?

    Yeah, just print the forms and take them to your school(s) and tell them to send the transcript with the form. They're used to it, as you're not the first one tgats had to do it. I was worried at first but then they received them both within a week.

    I actually emailed them with the same question and they responded that it was not needed...the community college I attend didn't allow me to attach the form to my electronic request for my transcript and it was received and applied to my application with no problem.

    Maybe different states have different policies, or maybe they recently changed it, because when I applied back in June, I had to have my colleges attach the printed form to my transcripts.
