I'm assuming you are a new student because careplanning is something you hit very early in most programs. Getting a really good knowledge base now will save you lots of time and energy in the future. You'll become more and more proficient at it, and your patients and coleagues will be indebted to you forever!

there are actually 3 sticky threads on the student forums to help you with writing care plans. the most recent addition to the 3 is, i think, the best one at the present

i check specific student forums daily for questions about care plans and nursing diagnoses and answer them. so, if you have a specific question(s), i check the posts on the nursing student assistance forum first every day.

i've been writing care plans for years and i am a member of nanda. if you are currently writing a care plan and having difficulty, post it on a thread and let me know what problems you are having and i'll try to help you through them.
