You would likely have to talk to the universities in the area, and get a copy of your transcripts from Brazil for them to examine. Most likely, you'll need to take a lot of courses here, including English (you'll want to be proficient!), and most nursing programs won't let you enter partway through.
I know nothing about visas, so I am no help there!
Good luck!

You'll probably want to post this question in the International Nursing forum for more feedback, but the answers to your questions WILL NOT be answered on this message board.
The short answer is NO, you cannot transfer your credits to any university. The rules vary by individual school, and individual State Boards of Nursing have their rules as well. Some courses may be taken at full value, others will not be accepted at all and must be taken or repeated here.
The only source who can accurately explain what YOU will need to transfer credits from YOUR nursing program in Brazil to the US is going to be a school that you now wish to attend. Set an appointment with an admissions counselor, make some phone calls.....and yes, proficiency in English is a must.
Good luck.
