It's a job interview. Expect questions about how you've handled difficult situations, co-worker disputes, gone above and beyond, where you see yourself in 5/10/xx years, your strengths, your weaknesses, etc. Dress professionally, have a copy of your resume and any paperwork already submitted. Check for threads here on interviewing.

I had a job for an extern position a few months ago. They asked about how I have provided excellent care and what the feedback was from pt/staff, what role customer service played in patient care, an example of how I prioritize patient care, how I handled a "difficult" patient.

That is all I can remember, but it was A LOT of clinical based questions. Luckily I have had a job in the hospital prior (because clinicals don't give much opportunity to answer these types of questions adequately). Also it would be good to look up the mission statement of the hospital and see how you may be able to integrate those things into your answer.

Oh, they also asked where I wanted to be in the next 1, 5 and 10 years.

good luck!

My interview consisted of asking why I wanted the position and if I had any other questions, lol. Then she told me she had looked over my resume and she was extending the job offer.

Hopefully yours will be as much of a breeze!! I am having a GREAT time and it has been fulfilling and jam-packed with tons of experiences that will help in my final 2 semesters!!

Best wishes!!
