I am a nurse form pakistan AKU . I have complete my 3 years diploma in nurisng and 1 year exeperince in ICU

Is there is some one who can guide me how i can immigrate to USA and become a nurse

I need help form where to start

What exams should i wirte

what are the basic requirement of immigration etc

Any help is appreciated

by the way i am married and my husband is in canada

Please take the time to read the "Primer" that is located at the top of the International Forum, it will give you all of the information that you need.

It is going to be much more than a form to fill out. Each state has its own requirements for licensure, some require the CGFNS exam, some do not. Some require the CES, a credentials eval done by CGFNS, some do not.

All will require the NCLEX-RN exam, as well as a Visa Screen Certificate. You will be required to pass a series of English exams as well.
