NSU EntryBSN Program Fall 2010

Yes, I have done my research and saw that they have high NCLEX scores. I also, like that with Nova you get a BSN instead of an ASN. I want to apply for the Baptist scholar even though I already have bright futures. Do you have any information on that? Such as, what they make after graduating? What they look for? GPA requirements?

yeah i actually do , i had last years interview packet for scholars. lol... my boss in on the panel... yeah but its good to get into the scholars anyways even though you have bright futures. I am loving the BSN program because you can do so much with that u know.. the gpa right now is at 3.7 however, they dont look at just that, you have to have the whole package.. interview process, how you react to scenario and critical thinking questions, etc. You sit in a panel interview between 5-12 ppl from Baptist all employees ranging from HR to nurse managers

Oh wow thats interesting. How nerve racking. Do you know what their starting salary is with Baptist under the contract?

Hey guys, so im new to this and decided to sign up b/c it actually helps trying to get a better insight of information through all of us communicating with our process now or in the past. I wish you the best of luck with the application process with NSU.

I am planning to apply, but Im going to have to wait for the next deadline Oct. 1st.(Jan 2011) since I have to finish two classes in the summer for them. Anyways I have been calling Nova and wanted to let you guys know there is no more interview. They told me this is new for the upcoming class. If you guys have any other info, or how it has been going for you, let me know :)

Welcome to the site!! Oh really, no more interviews???? So they are just sending out application letters? I dont know if thats a good thing or a bad thing? I called today and one of the girls advised me that they have been really behind with the applications and so on.. Sooo i am not sure if that hold true or not. I may call again tomorrow just to see because i am not sure.... wowwwww so that is new to me on the interview so they may just be basing it on gpa and the essay and stuff... how nerve racking I am sooo nervous who knows now how this is going to go... glad you could join us.. best of luck!
