NPI help

I just passed my boards about 2 weeks ago. I have accepted a job. Now to figure out how to properly apply for the NPI. Has anyone done this recently? Any tips/help would be super helpful!

    Search NPPES. Create account. Fill out the information.

    Pretty self explanatory from there.

    I used my home address. No reps showed up yet. Though my wife would probably appreciate the free lunch. :)

    This isn't accurate, at least not in my state. I was encouraged to apply for license AND NPI at the same time to prevent delays in processing.
