Wondering if anyone is an NP with an master's in public health or plans to do this? I know there are great opportunities for RN/MPH's but I am curious whether the MPH adds much to an NP career.

I don't think it does anything for anyone's career. Now, if you're looking to work in epidemiology, surveillance, public health administration, etc. then it'd be beneficial. For the practicing clinician, it does nothing. How many MD, MPH nametags do you see emboridered on lab coats roaming around hospitals? Plenty. And they have the same jobs as those without a MPH.

If your only seeing patients then its better off saving your money. Nobody cares if somebody has DNP, MBA, JD, FCA, WWJD, etc behind your name, as long as you have NP, your billing for the same dollars.
Do not know many nurse practitioners in administration either, usually thats the business type and medical directors are usually just seasoned doctors.
