Normal Maternal Lab Values

Hi, I was hoping that someone out there would have a good link to normal lab values for our prenatal patients. I have just started maternal/newborn health and our instructor wants to know if we can find the "right" website to find these lab values. I have tried googling may different combinations of key words to no great avail. I was able to get about 5 values out of my textbook. And I paid $130.00 for it why? :banghead:

Thanks in advance for any and all help.

I actually already had the labtestsonline.com website. When I asked her if all lab values changed during pregnancy she said "pretty much". She does want something that ends in edu or another professional website. I may end up going over to my ob/gyn and see if she can give me a run down on prenatal norms.

try looking on the http://www.brooksidepress.org/products/military_obgyn/home.htm website. scroll down the home page and click on "laboratory" (http://www.brooksidepress.org/products/military_obgyn/lab/lab.htm) and a bunch of lab tests are listed. i linked into several. the rbc specifically tells you "during pregnancy, while the total red cell mass increases, the rbc count falls because of dilutional effects" so if pregnancy affects a lab value in some way, this website will let you know how.

ob weblinks are listed on this sticky thread which is where the brookside press weblink is listed: https://allnurses.com/nursing-student-assistance/medical-disease-information-258109.html - medical disease information/treatment/procedures/test reference websites
