is this normal?..HELP!!

this is going to be kinda gross and off topic but i figure since most of you guys are already nurses with experience you might be able to help me out, okay here goes, my last menstrual period ended less than 10 days ago, last night i woke up to bleeding and cramps,( these are my normal symptoms when i'm getting my period) mind you i'm not pregnant, so now i'm kinda wondering whats going on with me i'm thinking about going to the doctors cause this has never happened to me before, besides its kinda weird and i've never heard of this happening to anyone before:uhoh21: ,what do you guys think? is this normal?

i think you need to monitor your periods for 2-3 months.

document all periods and break-through bleeds.

then call your doctor and report the pattern.

of course if there's excruciating pain or temp, you should call asap.

can't give medical advice on this board, as we're not doctors.

Call your doctor. Some infections can cause mid-cycle bleeding but a doctor is the only one to tell you what is going on.
