Hi everyone,i got my RN License last year. I've been trying to find a job everywhere. All Nursing homes, hospitals. No luck. Finally i gave up.What should i do with me 4 years of Bachelors.Should i keep searching for job or just wait to be called one of facilities? All the Hospitals require 3 years of minimum experience but i can't even find a volunteer job.How i am going to get 3 years of experience since i can't even find volunteer job.Any suggestions?

Where should i move to?I live in SF Bay area and I've covered 5 cities.20 Nursing Homes and 5 Hospitals. It brings my confidence low of being a Nurse.

Anywhere that will hire you. How desperate are you for a RN job?

Have you considered home care or clinic jobs?

Well, if you don't want to leave California, you need to expand your search. Try schools, dialysis clinics, home care, government immunization clinics, or ltc. I don't think 20 nursing homes and 5 hospitals is a lot of applications. You need to try harder.
