NMBI application pack

good day Everyone! Is there anyone here who has an idea about the delays in the processing of the nmbi application pack? my agency(kate cowhig) sent my application last november 10 2016 and up to now, my credit card was not yet charged of any fees. Its been 5 days already and its just so frustrating because according to the previous posts that ive read, it would just take about a day or two for them to charge ur credit card. im so excited to process my application but this delays and waiting game is killing me. Huhu
