There is a web organization of professional photographers that will take pictures of infants that are deceased, or critically ill and provide the pictures to families. Check out the site for examples.

Agreed on both points. No doubt a service that could be of great benefit in the NICU. And yes, although I'm a rookie, I did notice the tube issue. Looks like something I might have secured!

This is a wonderful organization made up completely of volunteers and families are never charged a dime for these services. Our families are primarily economically disadvantaged, so it is wonderful to be able to offer these beautiful pictures. There are only 10 photographers in our area signed up with them, so timing is going to be an issue, but the concept is so needed!

If you haven't already checked them out, look at the videos that have been done....It was a bit more than I could take!
