Have you looked at the programs in your area? Do some research- it will likely take you less time than waiting for someone here to give you answers. You can always contact the programs by e-mail or phone and ask them any questions you have.

As has been mentioned, you are going to have to be the one to do the legwork here, you are going to have to do the research.
The quick answer to your question is that community colleges pretty much always offer late afternoon or evening classes for many subjects, including pre-requisite classes for many nursing programs. However, none of these schools will offer you a program that can be completed entirely in the evening. At some point, you will have classes that will meet only during the day, and clinical assignments that are only during the day.
Make some phone calls and speak to some admissions counselors. Goodluck!
