New to practice

Hello all! I am finding the job search to be somewhat difficult as a brand new nurse. I really wanted day shift but I am applying for nights as well just in case. Today I got a call from a smaller hospital in the Philadelphia area where I did a clinical experience and they are saying I would need to start part time, 2x a week and overnight but she said POOL. I am confused what POOL means, does this just mean I will go to various floors or my schedule will change? Thank you feedback is appreciated.

    I would advise contacting your contact at the small hospital and requesting clarification.
