NEW OR

Hello every one

currently i am involved in preparing for new OR opening , things are going fine but i really want to make a brainstorming here in order to make sure that the new OR will be ready in a way that will provide the best quality care for the patients and good environment for employee , the OR will be having open , laparoscopic and robotic cases , your comments suggestions recommendations and experience is highly appreciated looking forward to read all your brain storming ideas

    Have a coffee maker with requisite supplies in the OR employee lounge, not just the doctor's lounge.

    Having a great functioning OR is more dependent on the way you hire leaders and staffing. Great staff can make a 100 year old facility great. Poor hiring and leadership will sink the greatest, newest, highest end place.
