Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone has taken the entrance tests for New England tech and/or if anyone has attended or is attending the nursing program there. Thank you!

i just responded on the other thread but its the Kaplan entrance exam and its on basic math reading writing and anatomy

also if you want to know anything else you can PM me anytime you want! i love helping out future nursing students because when i was going to take the entrance exam i had no one to talk to or anything so i know how it feels

I'd like to know a lot more about NEIT if that's okay. And actually nursing school in general! How is it? Is it what you expected?

SNKyla, I cant do PM's yet since I just signed up but I would love love love to talk to you about new England tech , I have a meeting with them May 30th, and the 18 month program is so perfect I NEED to get in LOL! I have started to make a study guide on index cards for a+p since that will probably be the section I need the most help with. But, I still am not sure on what exactly is on the test.

well prior to taking the kaplan, i never took a&p because i took physics in high school... when you go to schedule your test date they will give you a couple of packets to study from and if you are worried about a&p just study the packet they give you and you will be golden..... all the answers are in the packet.

also i would definitely brush up on your grammar, spelling, punctuation, and writing skills because that part of the test is confusing because you think its going to be a breeze but some of the content on the test i havent seen since 3rd grade lol!

it basic math meaning algebra and some very easy dosage problems that will be easy if you use the calculator.

im sure youll do fine!
