a new business

As i have posted before, i recently graduated with my RN. I was an Lpn 10 years prior. My mother has been an RN for 11 years. She is a good nurse and means well. She wants to start a nursing pool. I like the idea but at the same time, I know I will be the responsible one. I am a complete idiot when it comes to small business. Is there anyone who can give me some insight? I cannot be led into the dark while I am blind!! Lol Thanks alot.

What type of school does she wish to open? To train nurses or nursing assistants? There are quite a few government regulations involved with this, she would need to have a good attorney involved. Each state will have some different laws regarding this, so it is best to check directly with your state Board of Nursing.
