I am new to the CANDO program in AZ. Is my life as a nurse over? Any advice on "whats next" would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome, no your nursing life is not over, maybe a little frustrating and bumpy for a while.

if your involvement in this monitoring program involves recovery, make it your priority...

follow all directions of case manager, maintain compliance.....

if if stipulations involve restriction of administering controlled substances, doing MDS assessments in LTC, was the ticket for me.....to meet my stipulations, others have found working dialysis clinics helpful.

you can become an even better nurse, with successful completion of this program.
